The problem addressed by Gemini at Oil Nut Bay stemmed from issues of poor water quality (which led to complaints by property owners) and problems with equipment operation. To address these issues, we developed a utility master plan, trained onsite staff to better manage and operate the existing water production and distribution facilities, and installed a remote monitoring system. A series of improvements to the feedwater supply, feedwater pump station, and RO plant were developed for implementation in phases.
