The problem to be addressed by Gemini stemmed from issues of poor water quality and problems with equipment operation. Our services included development of a utility master plan, training of onsite staff to better manage and operate the current water production and distribution facilities, and remote monitoring of the utility systems. A series of improvements to the feedwater supply, feedwater pump station, and RO plant were developed for implementation in phases.
